Steps in setting up eSignal to Bracket Trader link for playback.

1. Download and install the eSignal program (Note: You can try the Playback feature even without a subscription to eSignal - just generate the sample playback files with this program.)

2. Download the needed files for connecting eSignal to Bracket Trader. Save and unzip the files to "C:\Program Files\eSignal\Formulas\Downloads" folder (or any other folder but you have to bring up the script from the folder where you saved the files).

3. Run the eSignal program after you finished installing it. You will see the following window the startup..

4. Click File => New => Advanced Chart => Default Chart. You will see the following window.

5. Right click on the chart, select Formulas => Downloads => BTLinker.efs, you will get the following window.

6. On the main menu, click Tools=> Tick Replay => Replay Tick File => xxxxxx.efs (look in the folder where you saved the sample playback files).

7. Click Play, change the time interval to a minute chart or a tick chart. The bars will start showing up.

8. Open up Bracket Trader, click Tools => eSignal Connection => eSignal PLAYBACK (Release 1225). You can see the corresponding prices on Bracket Trader and you can enter and exit trades based on the playback prices.
